The Supreme Audit Office will process your personal data under Article 6 and 7 GDPR to carry out its work. In terms of processing your data which is essential for NIK to perform its tasks in public interest, the Administrator invokes Article 6 para. 1 letter e) GDPR. Your personal data may be processed under Article 29 para. 1 point 2 letter i) Act of 23 December 1994 on the Supreme Audit Office (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 524, as amended).
Your personal data will be stored for the periods defined by the law, due to legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator and will be archived in accordance with the law binding for the Supreme Audit Office.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, you have the right to access your personal data and rectify it. The processing of your data may be limited, provided some circumstances defined in the GDPR occur, except for reasons related to public interest of Poland or the European Union. In case of personal data processing under Article 7 GDPR you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The consent withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data is transferred to other recipients exclusively in accordance with law or in line with your consent.
In connection with the operation of ICT systems, some of your personal data is processed in an automated way. Your personal data will not be profiled.
