Michał Jędrzejczyk - Doctor of Law, attorney-at-law, teacher at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Advisor to the President of the Supreme Audit Office of Poland. He was also acting Director of the Department of Public Order and Internal Security of NIK.
In 2014-2018, he was a councillor of the Town and Municipality of Morawica - Deputy Chair of the Committee of Economy and Finance. From 2018 to 2019, he was an Advisor to the Minister of Finance and to the Head of the National Tax Administration. From 2018 to 2021, he served as Deputy Chair of the Central Adjudication Committee handling cases of violation of public finance discipline, currently - a member of the Joint Adjudication Committee dealing with cases of violation of public finance discipline.
Michał Jędrzejczyk was involved in the audit of execution of the state budget and the monetary policy assumptions. As the Chair of the Audit Planning Group he participated in works related to the development of NIK’s Strategy, NIK’s Work Plan, the Auditor's Manual and many other projects carried out at the Supreme Audit Office of Poland to streamline both audit processes and work organisation.
He is the author of numerous articles and papers on public finance, including a monograph entitled "Multiannual financial forecast in local government units". He is a member of the editorial committee of the bimonthly "State Audit" - a journal on auditing.
