Jacek Kozłowski

Jacek KozłowskiJacek Kozłowski, MA in Geography. He graduated from the Institute of Geography of the University of Gdańsk, Master of Business Administration and Advanced Defence Courses at the National Defence University.

In the 1990s, he acted as an expert, among others of the Parliamentary Committee on Culture and Media, the National Broadcasting Council and the Council of Europe.

For several years, he was a lecturer at the University of Gdańsk, the University of Warsaw and Collegium Civitas.

He has gained experience in the government and local government administration. From 1990 to 1993, he was the Director General of the Office of the Council of Ministers and the Director General of the Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy. Deputy Marshal of the Mazowieckie Province and Governor of the Mazowieckie Province.

He was an independent expert and advisor in the field of management, investment preparation, cooperation with local and regional governments, crisis management and the set-up of local and regional development strategies and programmes.
